By purchasing from Livor Mortis you are automatically agreeing to the Terms & Conditions as laid out below.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING
All sales are final. Orders shipping on 1st and 15th day of each month, unless othewise specified. All orders shipped with tracking via Deutsche Post. Tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place an order.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND FEES
International customers are responsible of paying possible import taxes of the products they have ordered.

COMBINING ORDERS

DAMAGES, LOSS & REFUNDS
If the product is received damaged in the post, or gets lost during transit, Livor Mortis must be notified immediately. We will contact the delivery service who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. This procedure can take up to 6 weeks. Once we have received the compensation we will immediately refund your funds to Paypal address used on placing the order.

RETURNS
If an order is failed to deliver or not picked up by our customer then it will be returned to us. This takes multiple weeks, sometimes even couple of months. To re ship them we will charge full shipping costs.
